Mexico City is located in a high valley (7,525 ft. above sea level) in central Mexico, surrounded by mountain ranges and in the shadow of the Popocatépetl and Ixtaccíhuatl volcanoes.

Over the millenia the Valley of Mexico's inhabitants have included the ancient Aztec (Mexica), Toltec and Chichimeca tribes, cultures which left a wealth of relics and ruins in the area that have attracted and amazed tourists and visitors throughout it's history. Mexico City today is one of the largest cities in the world.

    Historical Center - the Zócalo, Palacio Nacional, Templo Mayor, Cathedral, etc.

    Zona Rosa - Mexico City's hotel and tourist entertainment zone

    Chapultepec Park - The Zoo, Auditorium and museums, including the world-renowned Museum of Anthropology

    Coyoacan & San Angel - two quaint and attraction-filled areas in the southern part of the city

    Xochimilco - Visit the canals and floating gardens
